We design all types of jewellery, including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and other custom pieces all in 18k gold.
Our bespoke process is collaborative and carefully guided from start to finish. We begin with a consultation, followed by design development, stone sourcing, and production. A detailed explanation of each step can be found in the Bespoke section of our website.
Most bespoke pieces take approximately five to six weeks to complete. Timing may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of stones. If you require your piece sooner, contact a member of the Laal Jewellery team and we will do our best to accommodate your timeframe.
The price of bespoke jewellery depends on several factors, including the chosen stones, whether stones are certified, and the amount of gold used. Upon request, we provide a full breakdown of materials along with a detailed quote, allowing you to decide comfortably. We are flexible and work closely with your budget. You can share your budget with us, and we will design a piece that aligns with it.
Yes. You are welcome to share your budget at the start of the process. We will guide the design, stone selection, and materials to create a piece that fits comfortably within it.
Yes. We can create a bespoke piece using stones you already own, subject to suitability. This is assessed during the consultation stage. We do not redesign existing jewellery pieces.
Yes. You will review and approve the design before production begins to ensure everything feels right.
Minor adjustments can usually be made during the design phase. Once the design is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.
Certified stones can be provided upon request, depending on your selection during the stone selection stage. We will clearly explain all available options before proceeding. If you prefer certified stones, we can supply diamonds with GIA or IGI certification.
Yes. Complimentary engraving is available for all bespoke pieces. Please let us know during the design stage.
For most stones, clean gently using warm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush, then leave to air dry on a clean cloth. Softer stones such as emeralds or pearls should avoid water and soap and should be gently polished with a soft dry cloth.
Yes. Many clients come to us without a clear idea in mind. Our consultations are designed to guide you and help shape a piece that feels personal and right for you.
The most accurate option is to visit a local jeweller and have your finger measured professionally. You can also use our ring size guide by measuring the inner diameter of a ring you already wear or wrapping a piece of string or paper around your finger and matching the measurement to a ring size chart.
Yes. We ship internationally. Delivery timelines and any customs charges vary depending on destination.
Delivery timelines depend on whether your piece is bespoke or ready to wear. Ready to wear pieces are dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page. Bespoke pieces are dispatched after completion.
Yes, expedited processing may be available. If you require your bespoke piece sooner than the standard 5–6-week timeframe, contact a member of the Laal Jewellery team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Changes may be possible for ready to wear orders if processing has not begun. Bespoke orders cannot be changed once the design has been approved.
Ready to wear orders may be cancelled if production or dispatch has not started. Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once the design process has begun.

Yes. We work with trusted suppliers and source genuine stones responsibly.
Bespoke jewellery is non-returnable. You can Exchange or refund ready to wear jewellery within 14 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for an exchange, jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or not in suitable condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.
