Shipping Policy

 

We are pleased to offer both domestic and international shipping for all Laal Jewellery pieces.

UK Orders

All bespoke and ready-to-wear pieces are shipped within the UK using DHL Express or an equivalent fully tracked courier service to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and securely.

International Orders

We ship internationally to Europe, the USA, Canada, and worldwide using DHL Express or a comparable courier for fast and fully tracked delivery.

London Orders

If you are based in London, we may be able to arrange a same-day courier service upon request, subject to availability and quotation. Collection options may also be offered by prior arrangement.

Customs and Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees may apply once your order arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to estimate or cover these fees, and any delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.

All deliveries require a signature. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address.

 

 

Returns

Bespoke Jewellery

All bespoke pieces are made to order and are non-refundable.

Ready to Wear Jewellery

Ready-to-wear pieces, excluding earrings, may be returned within fourteen days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Shipping:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees paid on international orders cannot be refunded.
